The Michael and Judy Layne Annual Scholarship for Communications was awarded this year to Wayne State University student Lily Osborne, at WSU's PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America) Annual Alumni and Student Recognition breakfast. Michael Layne is an alum of WSU as are several Marx Layne employees!
