Hotel Employers Labor Relations Association Launches New Website

Hotel Employers Labor Relations Association, Launches New Website

HELRA CHICAGO, the nonprofit hotel employers labor relations association that represent the interests of hotels with collective bargaining agreements throughout the Chicagoland market, is pleased to announce the launch of its new website www.helra.org.

With a modern, attractive, user-friendly design, the comprehensive new website brings together HERLA’s platform of offering solutions, news and resources for its hotel and allied members. Resources for different member levels on the site include high level bargaining information via secure links. The new site also provides customers and site visitors access to information about booking rooms at member hotels and more.

The investment into the site by HELRA CHICAGO is aimed to offer its members and the public valuable resources related to Chicago’s hotel industry, the association’s news and priorities, latest news and more, all designed to help members succeed.

“The new site was created to host important information about negotiations of the collective bargaining process for hotel members in the Chicagoland area,” said Chief Operating Officer Russ Melaragni. “The site serves as a valuable resource with both public and members-only pages. With the pandemic waning and the industry beginning its uptick, we felt it was the perfect time to launch the HELRA.org to help members grow stronger. We’re thrilled to kick-off the industry’s site for advocacy resources and networking.”

Some of the assets of the site:

  • Single, secure sign-on so members can enjoy easy access to pertinent information
  • Access to downloadable content
  • Mobile- and desktop-friendly access
  • Important industry news to benefit hotel members and allied members

HERLA.org will be updated regularly with news and thought-leadership content and more. Visitors are encouraged to explore the website for booking rooms or membership consideration.

HELRA contracted Marx Layne & Company, a Midwest digital marketing and public relations agency to write, design and launch the site.
