Grace Centers of Hope graduated 83 women and men from its one and two year life skills program and its aftercare program on Wednesday, Jan. 27. The nonprofit’s courses see people from all walks of life live on site with others in similar positions. Some of the graduates have the opportunity also to join the center’s Little Grace Village in the city, a housing project near downtown Pontiac that aims to continue stabilization efforts, when a home is available.

Seven of this year’s graduates were also recognized for receiving their GED courses throughout 2020. Grace Centers of Hope provides the program for residents without high school diplomas, including access to teachers.
